Some people say you have to own a mask to comment on it.

I owned an invision - never took it out of the box and sold it for $50

I owned a flex 7 - never took it out of the box and sold it for $40

Thats how much I like my profiler, it has a large field of view, does not fog, and fits my glasses. It fits neatly to me, so may not be called a big mask, but none of those are considered big. If you want a "bigger" mask with the same field of view and anti-fogging of the profiler check out the V-force Morph. Some lens, different mask.

I feel the same way that Lohman does.

I've owned Flex's, Invisions, Spectras, Profilers.

By far I love my profiler the most.
      In second is the flex.

Just go with what ever is most comfortable and affordable to you.

I've never used a Profiler, but I had a Flex-7 thermal back in the day and it was awesome. Used forever and a day. Seems to be that it hasn't changed much in 5 years so I would say it's gotta be decent.

But my opinion is slanted cause I've never worn a profiler.

Don't you have any local paintball stores around where you can go and try on masks? I've wanted to get certain masks in the past until I went to the store and tried them on. Personally I think that's the only way to find the best fitting mask.

I rather like my profiler, only thing i don't like is that 3 other players on my team have the exact same one... But it is ok, mine is the one with the tiny scratch on the left side of the lense.

This is a tough one for you have no ability to try the mask your self. Because when it all comes down to it you will need to find which one is more to your style. personally I hated the profiler I just could not get over the fact that the pads behind the ears were so large, similar to the Proto Switches. But when the time comes to change the lenses you have the ease of a profiler. So each has their benefits, but I went with a proflex and it is a perfect match for my playing style.

Playing in cool, not cold weather, I like Profiler.

Playing in hot and cold weather, I like my Flex.

Something to be said about the JT fog-resistant lens in this climate.

I have owned and used both. Profilers all the way. There is no comparison.

Having lived in a Spectra goggle system (Flex-7 equivalent) since my introduction to the Paintball world I have to say this about the goggles.

Spectra/Flex-7 is a comfortable mask, provide good field of view, and excelent anti-fogging characteristics of the lense. The Spectra/Flex goggle system is weakest in lense quality/durability (my opinion) and ease of changing lenses.

Since owning first a Spectra then a few Flex-7's, Gladiator, Raven NUVIS, and around January a Profiler.

The Profiler is also a comfortable mask to wear, good field of view, fits over glasses well (as does the Flex-7), good anti-fogging characteristics, and easy to change the lenses.

Both masks have issues with fogging in high humidity and low temperature, as does every other mask I've ever played in since moving to Humbolt Co.
