So I ordered my FS-7 today...

Just finished order a brand new Silver--Black FreeStyle-7 from Frontline Sports (a local store.)

    Cost me 750

Coulda gotten it online for only 650, and once you include tax it woulda been a total of 150 cheaper, but ohh well. For some reason I felt like getting it from a real store (but I better get free service if it ever breaks!!!)

Yeah ... Just felt like sharing cause I'm excited (but I mis my $$$, it was everything I had, being only 17 and all...)

It will probably get in in a week or so, and at that time I'll post pix for yal :)

actionvillage? theyre having a labor day sale.

but yeah, freestyles are great. i have an 04 with 05 board/internals. there are so many models though, and its somewhat hard to keep track... does the fs7 have a redesigned bolt assembly? i think i remember hearing on PBN about a newer higher efficiency bolt (no not the HE bolt) in the newer versions, but that might have been in europe only (because of the patent issues...) i know theres hawk's mod also, but i heard about a newer version coming with the marker

              oh, and if not...

Does the store offer a warranty on markers purchased through them? If they do, the extra hundred dollars you had to pay for it may be worth it later down the road. Especially if something goes wrong.

(Btw, did u know putting an aftermarket reg on a freestyle voids the ICD factory warranty?)

I highly recomend the freestyle the accuracy and rate of fire is insane. Out of the box before you gas it up to shoot it you have to relube the bolt and i think the maintence is like matrixes every now and then lube the bolt system.

I have only tested one not own one would love to own one but first i must sell some markers.

I just bought a FS-7 and I'm happy with it.

And I doubt you need to lube the bolt before playing. Mine was absolutely DROWNED in oil when I got it.

Yeah, id suggest one. Pick one up used, i got mine for 300. For 300, i cant complain. Basically all the messed up things ive fixed in like 3 hours of work.... not labor intensive.

Maintenence is easy. I had a problem because i got moisture from water or paint or something and it washed out my lube REAL quick. I relubed and it worked fine. Im also getting fsdo, ill get that fixed too.

Other than the HE bolt, there is Hawks bolt. I am pretty sure its ICD approved, being that he is one of the techs i beleive.

                              Go here http://icdunderground.net/index.php?...id=4&Itemid=25

Thatll bring you to his mod. Its 200 but you get lots of stuff.
