Yes normal pods hold 140 rounds, the smaller black/clear ones hold 100 rounds.

Dye Lock lids hold 160 I believe, and a few other random ones hold different amounts by a few balls.

Most hold between 140 and 160. I prefer the 140 pods. I always like to load early rather than running my loader dry.

I've only seen 100rd (guppies), 120rd, 140rd, 150rd, and 160rd. I wouldn't want pods that hold over 140rd. Those seem to be the best size. Anything bigger would just be clunky.
