Noticing that you have "Angel IR3" under your name, can I assume that its an Angel your talking about?

Is it the Angel board or the DIY Pred2 or Pred Morlock?

I did that once, and i went and set everything back myself.

The Default column in the Register table was left out =/...

You can try this... I know it worked for older code, but I believe they changed it in 5.0 :

Hold the trigger back, turn the gun on (this will take you into programming mode). Do not release the trigger... instead continue to hold it for another 5-6 seconds. If it resets, you'll see the LED flash several times, indicating the board fully reset.

Personally, it doesn't work for me... but it's worth a shot, as I also have the older Predator board.

If all else fails, try settings your DWELL to 14 and reset the ABS appropriately.

I need to know how to RESET the board, none of the editable settings are the problem it appears... Just yah

Try a search on the TAG forums or drop Bob or Gary C a line. They will get back to you. I only remember reading once about someone that needed to reset their board to the factory default and I dont remember how its done.

I made a search and they said jump the 1st and 3rd pins, I did this, nothing happened... I have held the triger down noithing happened... So I guess i'll just talk to Bob monday.

Yeah... im not sure what pins they are talking about. The connectors? Or the programing input?

Give TAG a call if you cant get any better help. They are very helpful.

Yah Bob is my close friend, but I dont have his cell anymore, phone got reset... You got it by any chance? And I know he isnt at the shop saturdays and sundays, and I was under the impression there were only 1 set of pins?

::edit:: because of what i've read on the TAG forums shorting 2 pins on one of the pin sets will reset your board, time and time again.

That's all reseting the board will do... set the editable settings to factory default. It will *not* reflash the board for you, just reset the settings.

How did you make out with the board? Did you get a hold of TAG?

Reseting the Predator 5.0
-Turn off marker
-Open up grip frame, to show the board
-Flip the switch labeled 2, to UP
-Press and hold the on switch, then quickly before it turns on press the center button
...You should be holding both buttons as it turns on
-The LED with flash blue about 5 times really fast.
-Turn off gun
-Turn off switch 2
