I have to fully endorse Mike from CCI, Ryan from Wevo and Joe from White Wolf. All three have been great to deal with for my own phantoms, and the other four I imported for our players here. And as I live in New Zealand, that is saying something!

No matter how you get into phantoms and SCP, enjoy. I personally enjoy it more than semi play, even though I adore my fully tarted WWA/RPG/Deadlywinded RTP.
