and i hear its going for about $1395....thats not bad considering the XSV ego and DM5 started over $1500

expensive. from my experience, an angel is an angel. theres not much difference in performance between new and old angels. but hey, if you got the money to pay for the better looks, then go for it.

it looks sweet though, definately can't take that away from it.

Im sorry but i find angels over rated in a way. a 14 way solenoid is NOT needed.

Also, most angel owners, not all, seem to baby thier guns and think they are the best.

Well, there are a few things that they've done from the 05 Speed platform and the new G7 platform.

New valve, new hammer/ram system.

They've done alot in the air flow/air regs department too. So think of this as a step up, kinda like the Alias was from the 2k2 Timmy.

most notable angel improvements of late- #1-ace stock #2- with the G7 model, they finally fixed the infamous rollback issue angels have been plagued with forever due to the rota-breech desighn. #3- they have also done alot for the pressure/airflow/ram stuff, ect, but, i dont think those changes are as notable as the ace and fixing rollback, because, honestly, an old lcd seems to shoot jsut as nice as a g7, just g7 is the first real seemingly chop-proof angel IMO.

the solenoid is no different from any other electro solenoid, it is truely a 4 way, or what ever you want to call it, they just adapted the 14 after a missprint in the old lcd manuals.

The 05 speed has the same internals as the A4 Fly. Thus, one of WDPs selling point for the speed, "The revolutionary Fly internals"

that reg/foregrip thing is fugly... as is the feedneck...

but I dig the milling, and those grips are pretty sweet.

I'd never get one though.

black to silver would be incredibly hot. overall a pretty cool gun, i love that pic of it, its soooo shiny !

maybe once yah could get one used for like 900 it would be fun to have.

after my 04 speed shot like every other angel on the market, i said screw it, and moved to the matrix. they are nice, but nothing special any more, grab an eyed lcd and see the same performance, shoot them side by side, and tell me if you can tell enough of a difference, then use them each in game(the lcd would have to be eyed of course) and then tell me if you can tell a difference. didnt think so
