        Now this makes me shudder ... I used to drink this much until I went on my diet several years ago. I dropped almost 5 pounds alone when I stopped drinking soda. Now I cant even finish a can of soda over a typical 8 hour work day. I will say this though I do like Jack mixed into a diet coke with lime ... thats about the only way I can finish a soda now LOL.

            im sipping on some instant gatorade myself as i type, good stuff, try the grape flavor (lemon lime, which has always been my favoirte gatorade flavor, isnt good as an instant)
