Your posts in summary...doom and gloom followed by negativity and then hoping for some new fancy milling the peeps will like. Chase that down with a healthy dose of complaining about the time it takes to design and build something that will probably be crap and not sell unless it falls into an already saturated market.

Let me give you some advice, go buy another brand of 'gun that you do like and let AGD find its niche in peace.

Like others have more emphatically stated in the past, I am tired of seeing AGD's business plan and decisions second-guessed and berated.
Whoa easy chief! I said if I was wrond I'd be the first to admit it, then TK jumped in and said he was working on it, so I said good. The only frigging thing I said bad this time was AGD's marketing, and you can't argue that it sucks. Mags? Nice guns. Not my first choice, but I do own one noe and have owned many. My 10 year comment was a stab at how in 15 years the mag has not changed, not that it sucks. What's wrong with you zealots?!

      lol, it's all good.
But seriously, it's good that AGD is still in the game and wants to move foward.

but the mag did change.... a lot. It's become a way better gun, customizable in many ways. You know this yourself. If you're looking for a different design, go elsewhere as you already have. If marketing is where it's at then go Smart Parts, which we all know you love. I'm with JKR on this one, AGD doesn't need your negativity Warped, or your sarcasm.
I personally still believe that the mag is the best gun available, and that's why I'm sticking with it.

I took my happy pills! When TK said he was stirring the pot or whatever I said "a new design and marker would rule! I mean that, because even though one of the mods here said that I said mags suck, I didn't. Because they don't.

warped, how long has it been since the basic design of the spyder changed? how about the tippmann? the autococker? it seems to me that airgun designs has changed the automag just as much as any of the makers of the mentioned markers have. the only difference is that the original model of the automag is still available.

anyway, it's cool to hear something encouraging from tom himself.

i think the valve design is ok as far as function goes. it just needs to be supplied with air from somewhere inside the marker, possibly bringing the overall marker design closer to that of a freestyle. i definitely think that the battery pack needs to go. with the devilmag proving that it isn't needed, well, it isn't needed. although richie's e-tac scenario marker is quite good looking.

I disagree... however, didnt the original non cnc xmag have the valve covered? covering up the valve and milling a body around it cant be difficult... expensive but relatively easy.

So all the whining and crying about a new 'gun being released is in your mind, little more than the classic battle of form vs function?

It would be very expensive and not so easy. The slug body doesnt go to the rear of the valve, so you would have to start with a fresh peice of aluminum. So unless somone can get AGD to make the body them selves, or to make a enlarged slug body it wont happen. Although I do love the idea of an enlarged slug body, one that is longer in the front and back, then a ULE minimag would be possible!

I like the valve design, I think it looks good being able to mix and match xvalve colors and body colors, how many guns do you know of that can do this?

As for the emag battery, sure you can use a pancake noid with a 9v battery and ULT kit to get the job done (and I like that setup), but there are people that dont like to use the ULT and AGD had a reason for not doing it that way either. The PTP pneumag and logics electro pneumatic frames on the other hand will unlock the full potential of the mag. Although I think logics frame is ugly as all get out (sorry, but its true), it should be a great functioning frame.
