it depends what kind of regulator you have on the gun... some regulators prefer 550-650 psi input for maximum performance. although a 800 or 850 out put tank will work just fine... as will a nice 450 output tank. but any good regulator will drop down the pressure coming in from the tank anyways so it doesnt matter what kind of tank you have

your settings seem high. I shoot about 280fps at 210psi.Originally posted by deathstalkerI just gave my Bushy its first workout at Sam's yesterday and I was very pleased. I have a Zenitram adaptor and Micro Rock, Shocktech (CP) HPR, and a Vapor feedneck. My "eBay valve" came in the mail Friday, but I didn't have air so I have yet to install it. What I found with the stock HPR is if you screw in the bottom piece of the reg too much (where the fitting goes), you will restrict your flow. The easy fix is to simply loosen up that one piece. Still, I got rid of the thing.
I was initially concerned about my feedneck because I didn't think it was holding my hopper tightly enough, but I never gave it a second thought during games.
I had to do a little troubleshooting to get my velocity up, but it turns out all I needed to was turn up my LPR. I was then shooting about 275fps and my HPR was set to 300psi. Not sure what the Micro Rock was set at, but I walked on the field for game three with 7 pods, a full HALO, and 4500psi (70/45 tank). I walked off with 7 empty pods, a half-full HALO, and approximately 1500psi. I should be able to fine tune my regs for even better results.
