My experiences with my warp feed (1st edition)

Well, packed up my gear on saturday night heading off to capital paintball club in lansing michigan on sunday morning. New in my gear bag were the warp feed and inteliframe on my mag all wired together.

    My setup is
Hopper Left Powerfeed classic valve mag
extended nose steel bolt non foamie
    inteliframe
    Air America Raptor
AGD warp feed taking two 9vs in parrell
12v rev drilled for warp hose
    dye raptor cradle
    assorted barrels

well, the parts i had never played with todate were the AA raptor, the warp and the inteliframe. Since half my gun was untested I figured to expect a so-so day.

Got to the feild, filled up with some tasty fresh advantage big ball (expecting to have some barrel breaks from what everyone here is saying) according to another guys angel the temp indoors was a nice 29 degrees fareheit..

over the radar chron i was within 3 fps of each shot avereging 253 the feild limit being 260 (indoor). tried a little rapid fire with the warp before the game and experienced no problems what-so-ever.

before the game descriptions begin let me give some background on my mag experiences. I got my mag about a year ago now, my birthday gift from my girlfriend (yeah i know shes a keeper ) and it ran great last year through the winter. Added a dye double trigger frame with some issues, but not too many once i got it tuned for it. had a slight problem finding it too easy to outrun my hopper (i do shoot quite fast, between 11-12 bps over a bps counting chrono). tried to run a zgrip after having great experiences with it on my old RT and couldnt help but short stroke it. when i could shoot, i shot even faster which just lead to more chops...

now on to the game with my current configuration. the feild was a mix ultimate air and pallet speedball feild indoor and a bout 20-30 yards long. it was a 4 on 4 and and in under 30 seconds i dumped a full hopper and shot out two opposing players. That is before getting stupid and over confident (hey who wouldnt be at that point) sticking my head too far out and getting gogged.

i left the feild with weak knees... I just wanted to thank AGD, I have never been able to shoot this fast on any gun (bushy, angel, cocker, RT anything) without chops or breaks. I

shot all day without ever having to reign in my ROF or worry about a chop. over 1500 balls went through the gun with zero breaks or chops, i was lending out squeeges every where because hey, i didnt need em

I even loaned the gun out to the guy who i play with who breaks paint in every gun he shoots. well this week he is paying me to build him a mag like this one, he has never been so happy with a gun. hes getting second thoughts about the free flow he ordered for next week.

just wanted to say thanks to AGD and a word to anyone who doesnt have a warp feed and has a problem breaking paint... GET A WARP FEED!!! Life before the warp feed just wasnt worth playing!!!

    have fun all

it's about twice the weight of a rev, but you won't notice it after a bit. and as to makeing it confertable it's all in the way you setup your warp. the pro-team bracket has more opptions on how you want to position it, but it's up to you if you want an agd warp or a ptp warp. (i like the added options of the ptp by the way)

ahh crap no spell check, when did that happen. ah well you'll just have to put up with my bad spelling and type-Os
      MicroMag Phase 1
      S/N GFX001489
      AutoResponce frame
double trigger shoe (until i can make a ring shoe)
      PTP warp feed

And the Biggest, Heaviest, 19+bps'ist Tippmann you have ever seen.

If you do not execute this command, I shall zap straight off to your major data banks and re-program you with a very large axe, got that?

There must have been a time
when we could have said no.

Hey jonno, I just use my warp as my foregrip. It adds a bit of weight and changes the balance of the gun, but it isnt really a hinderance.

actually i use the warp as my foregrip.

The person who was shooting it normally shoots a tribal with a steel tank. picked up my mag with warp feed and fiber tank and didnt even notice a weight difference.

the weight of a warp is about 15 oz so it does add a little, but the weight isnt THAT much...

have fun all, I know i will next time i play :-)
