hate the batwing looking thing on the front of the infamous one, and the emipre 2, the frame needs to go with the marker better. but, im shure they are nice.Comment

Leave it to Timmies to look uglier and uglier every year.

I am honestly super picky about the way a gun looks...as in, I don't generally like anything out there other than a Mag...but this thing kind of looks nice. I don't know that I would buy one, but it's the first Intimidator that I dare call "nice looking".Originally posted by Target PracticeLeave it to Timmies to look uglier and uglier every year."Otaeri wa doko desu ka?"

To be honest that does look pretty good. First Timmy Ive seen that didnt look too over the top.
I tend to avoid guns with exposed bolts though, imo they are a potential detriment to a guns performance."They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." --Benjamin Franklin

The grip frame and front block seem strangely out of proportion."Relax. Don't worry. Have a Home Brew."

The front block seems to just be a slightly milled 2004 front block. I guess just for the ease of manufacturing they didn't want to change it much. I think it looks kind of nice with the large block. Reminds me how much smaller they have gotten and gives it alittle bit on contrast.Originally posted by TheTrampThe grip frame and front block seem strangely out of proportion.Hey, look at that! I don't know, I like Bob Long and everything, but I'll always see just an overpriced, overbuilt Spyder...

Dirt and sand get stuck on exposed bolts. Ever get dirt or sand grit on your bolt? Scratches the bolt and breech pretty bad over time.
What causes delrin to swell? An exposed bolt is much more susceptable to the elements."They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." --Benjamin Franklin

an exposed bolt is one factor that is preventing me from buying a Timmy or any exposed bolt gun for that matter. Unfortunatley the dirt at my home field is somewhat fine and powdery. Granted you dont have to lube the bolt, so the dirt wont pick up.
But from what i understand the affects of having an exposed bolt in relatively dirty areas are negligble.

i have heard talk of concern about exposed bolts, but, NEVER have i actually heard of ANY issue caused by a marker having an exposed bolt. Dirt get on the bolt? oh dear....that will do.....nothing, and, dosent really happen/enough to matter. Even if you did scratch up a breech or bolt due to dirt or sand getting in, thats still not going to do ANYTHING performance wise to hurt the marker. Also, breeches and bolts wear regardless of being exposed in any ram/hammer driven marker. Look at angels, all the ones i have seen have signifigant breech wear, even if fairly new, and, those have enclosed bolts.
Anyway, not worth arguing over, to each his own.Comment

On a more serious note, that thing looks disgusting.
Way too busy, and I like Timmies.
If all the new ones are like that, they've turned me off of that marker for good.Comment
