How many would be interested in those clear emag side panels?

how did you try and Dye them ?

did you use just putting them in rite dye ?

if this is what you did. i have a trick that i have used before.

HEAT the dye! put it in a put and bring it to a low simmer.

you need to make sure that the grip dosent touch the pan. you need to suppend the part in the fluid or you will get bad spots.

you could make a stand that would hang them from a bar set on top of a pot


well give it a try and see. it has worked for me in the past.

I want a set - if we can dye them. I have an orange Emag, and will later ger a purple extreme...

So - can you dye that plastic? I plan on dieing my warp feed soon.

Data- I'll try boiling the dye tonight. Thanks for the tip. I did heat the dye but never got it to boiling.

Load by all means feel free to sell some of yours...I havn't even made one yet and won't for a couple weeks yet. I'm not trying to get lots of sales just you know...throw another option out there...

paintballrulzs and i are not the only ones interested in grips/grip pannels for hyper frames. There have been numerous threads dedicated to the topic of how much the stock pannels suck.
If either of you were to make them, you would have a hot item. I know i would buy a pair of dark blue and or clear.

I can make red or clear right now; if dying works I can do any color that RIT makes. I can also make a grip for any frame if I have something to go by. Either a grip, or a frame in my lap to look at.

Well, I just played around with some boiling blue dye and ended up with some lovely blue acrylic. So I guess that's now an option. Thanks for the advice Datapimp.
