OK, I don't have my Tac-1 in hand yet...but I'd also like a Tac-1 pump. Is AGD or any of the custom guys out there thinking along these lines? Or should I continue to take my drugs so the voices go away?

Well, quit spending the money on the drugs and send it to a custom shop. I am sure it can be done, but I doubt anyone is making a bolt on kit as there would have to be milling of the body and rail to have it done. This would all be assuming that it would use a tradiational Mag pump kit.
