When do I need to get this tank rehydroed. It was made in 11/02. The tank says both 3 year hydro and 5 year hydro. Which is it. Its either next month or in 2 years and I kinda need to know cause I fill my own tank.

If you are in the US it will become unusable Nov 1, 2007. If you are in Canada it will become unusable on Nov 1, 2005. The reference to 3 and 5 years are because of the exemptions based on the country. The US DOT exemption is good for 5 years, that's what is indicated in the first line concerning retest. The TC-SU 5303 is Transport Canada which only allows 3 years between retest.Rick Hood
