Why Would Someone Get A Mag?

Ive already made up my mind, Im getting a mag. But I need some solid points out the strengths of a mag (classic, not RT or Emag). We're starting a team at the University of Arizona, and I am trying to get as many mag's on the team as possible. I just need some solid points and evidence.

reliable, good rates of fire, easily maintained, Good trigger(IMO), and compact. Well good luck on your team man mags are great guns and shouldn't go wrong.

An engineer could look at the Mag and find it to be an elegant solution in tossing a 3 gram ball out at 300 fps. The design is simple, has very few moving parts... actually, very few parts in general. This limits what can go wrong, and makes maintenance simple.

They are trustworthy guns that get the job done. Performance-wise... even the well seasoned Mag is comparable to or better than many of the guns out there, when you look at the pneumatics and what it is capable of. The ReTro Valve takes it one step further, not to mention the EMag frame... and all the new things AGD will be releasing in the near future.

my mag is awesome. i like mine bcuz of the reliability, bps(even w/ stock frame but i reccomend an intelliframe), and how ez u can field strip. two screws. good luck on ur team

get mags for the front players and cockers for the back players.

If a back players job is, in the shooting sense, to essentially pin down the front players on the other team and shout down positions and commands, then why would a cocker be better for a back player?

I say this because I am a back player.

Iv only had my mag since x mas and iv used it 2 times on the field and its the best. No balls chop and its alot more acurate then my other gun. Also it looks cool

The reason i would give cockers to the backplayers, is because I and just about everypaintballer other than the ones in this forms and a few exeptions belive that in the real world, not lab tests, cockers perform in a more accurate manner. I shoot a force 5 autococker for this reason. i have shot all the mags out there and have decided on a cocker, i am a mid player. The back players really need accuracy to pin people down effectivly or even eliminate someone. If i see some backplayer with a mag, not an emag in this case, like an rt or a stock, i would move on him and get more agressive counting on him being slightly less accurate than i, for whatever reason it jsut works out like that. Im trying to choose my words carefully because of where this is getting posted. But if you look at all the pro backplayers with cockers, and some intimidators, then look at the pro backplayers with emags or normal mags. Then you can see why i say what i say.
