Drop leaks, we strip the screw, what to do?

Ok, I have a psychoballistics z-drop that started leaking immediately when aired up from one of the removable hex screws (a gauge can be placed there). My line of thought was that they would have already sealed it if the screw was already in place. Guess not. Unfortunately I decided to tighten it a bit, and then try to get it out, can't. My friend gives it a go and strips it. Yay, it's stuck, so teflon taping or loctiting the threads is no longer an option. It's in pretty tight, so how can I stop the leak? Would putting some loctite (maybe red?) around the head of the screw do anything or would the pressure just knock it away? Somebody even suggested rubber cement, but I figured I would come here and ask the AO community for advice on what to do. Thanks!

So you stripped the hex out so the allen key just spins, right?

You should be able to get it out with an "Easy Out". Bring it to the hardware store and find one the right size. Should not be a problem.

If your any good with a MIG or TIG welder you can just weld another screw to the head of the stripped one, then twist out the bad one. I've used this technique lots of times, works like a charm. :)

Left handed drill bit a touch smaller should get it out, if not an EZ out as suggested

drop in vat of hot lava, pour onto ground, let cool and then wish that you had not stripped out your drop screws and then listened to ppl about how to fix it.

In all honesty, you are in good company if you followed any of the above/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
              offered info. Good luck
