    shipping to canada?

i recently sold a x-valve and im currently on the phone with a international odditor who says I CANT ship this to canada.

He says its considered a weapon and cannot go through unless i have a dealers license.

is there anyway i can get this through the border?

Put it in a box and ship it to him.

I have sold parts like that before to people out of the US. If they do ask you to fill out a form at the post office don't use the word "gun" on it. Simply say "paintball part" and keep the value of it to about $15.

Waaaaa? That doesn't make any sense. The Xvalve, nothing else on it, no tank grip frame or anything is a weapon? How come I have complete guns sent to me...
I'd emal tunaman and ask how he does it.

Ah nvm the guy got it through, he talked to his supervisor. You cant ship whole guns, just small pieces

Tunaman probably has a dealers license to ship across borders.

We have markers and parts shipped to us up here on a regular basis and have never had a problem. Was it listed as marker or marker parts or did it have gun written in there.

I've had TONS of paintball stuff shipped to me from the US. Never had one single problem. Paintball markers are not considered firearms or weapons here so they are not restricted in any way. Complete markers absolutely can be shipped across the border. Just don't use the word "gun", which is fine because a marker is not a gun (as in firearm). Firearms can't be shipped without MAJOR hassle. The only paintball related thing that can't be shipped is full HPA or CO2 containers, they must be emptied.

What agency was that person with?
