    The Debate #1 - CO2

Well, I am about to buy Chef's blue p/f automag and I have no tank. I can go dish out $175 for n2 and have to drive 20 minutes to fill it up every time or I can buy CO2, expansion chamber, and remote for the same price or cheaper and fill up at my friends house. How much does CO2 with exp. chamber and remote really downgrade a mag?

when i had co2 i had a nice expansion chamber and all that, and i had better experience with running the tank in a vertical position. but if you run a remote you should be alright, if you can get used to it, i never liked a remote.

well if u run co2 your shots will not be as consistant compared to n2. also when in a high fire rate it may drop off a bit.

honestly, i would just buy a used n2 tank of some boards and use it, u can get a good 68/3k for around a 100

          i would do that
but i would only buy a tank with a decent date

also, it really depends on how much u play, but with the set up of that mag, i would suggest getting a used n2 tank

for your situation i would say get the Co2. you can always get an HPA tank at a later date. The setup you specified will work great for your mag

I am currently using CO2 on a remote through a stabilizer (No expansion chamber). As long as it is at least 50 degrees outside it works fine. It is NOT as consistent as HPA and I have experienced shoot down. Since I am VERY use to shoot down, it doesn't bother me as much as some. The warmer it is outside, the less problems you have. If it's really cold, forget it (Here in the SF Bay Area that isn't much of a problem).

              Hope that helps.

i would deffinitly get n2.co2 really lowers the guns performance,on all guns, except smart parts guns.A nitro system is the best investment you can almost make. There is a consistant velocity the whole time playing,no hot shots, and no spiking.and like someone said, they are cheap used.If i were you,ide get the n2.20 minutes is well worth the playing performance you will get out of your gun.

i forgot to mention, if your are that far away and play alot and dont wanna travel back and forth, i would get a 88 or so

however if u want to spend the money the 88/45 from pmi are very nice tanks, they will prolly run u about 200 or so

but well worth it, youll get a whole lot of shots from a 88/45

                    Depends where you play...

If you play in the cold I would go with the HPA but I normally play in hot climates and CO2 gives my minimag no problems what so ever. In fact i run co2 vertical with no exp chamber and no remote.

although I am looking forward to moving up to HPA it is some nicce!

                      Heres what you do:
Save up a little more, and buy a small/medium sized n2 tank. THEN buy a Scuba/Bulk tank and a fill station. there you go.
