Well, I'm not a huge fan of electros, and I'm sorry to say the 'mag isn't my #1 fav. (it's a close second though).

    #1 - 68Super

OMFG is it amazing! It's like a pneumag but better! So fast! NO kick! absolutely astonishing! I used one for a few games from a guy I played with once. It's sooo great!

#2 - Dallara 'Mag with ULE (or pneu-trig)

These are great. I plan on building one after I get a 68Super. Blue on black, it'll be sweet.

#3 - PGP (old school pimped)

So far it's just a PGP with an L-stock and mahogany grips, but I plan on putting on an EZ-Pull bolt, velocity adjuster, CO2 adapter with SS line leading to a remote asa and a 9oz hose clamped to the L-stock, epoxy-n site rial with dot sight, copper 20 ball tube extender thingy, and finally, a barrel extension!

#4 - My Top General Spyder clone

It looks like an old back bottle VM-68. I can't find anything about the company, but it works great! Better than any Spyder or Tippmann I've ever used!

How can it be a Spyder clone and look like a VM-68?

        #1: VM-68

#2: X-Valved, Exile bodied, Sub-Zero feednecked, Dallara railed, Intelliframed Mag. However, since my VM-68 is in pieces in a box, this is my current #1.

Favorite, as in, I don't necessarily have to own it?

            Pumps:
Shatner Illusion, hands down. A kick-butt looking stock class illusion? I'd be all over that. Unfortunately, I don't think I could ever let myself take one onto the field...

VSC Phantom is up there for me. Yes, they're somewhat common and no, they're not particularly "special" in any way, but I absolutely love the way they just do their job well. I swear I could play blindfolded and the Phantom would still make incredible shots. It's a pleasant surprise every time I pull the trigger.

Coming in a close third, IMO, is the Buzzard. Another fantastic shooter that really needs no explaination. In the end, though, I'll go with the lighter weight and higher versatility of the Phantom.

            For semis:
I'm going with my X-Mag. Manual override is the ONLY reason I would own an electro (even though I've never had to use it). The trigger isn't the best in the world, but it's far from "bad". Never chops (really, never) and is just a smooth, smooth shooter. It could do better on air efficiency, but then again, I have more shots in my 68/45 tank than I carry in my pack so it's really moot.

I also own a CCM J2 semi/pump which is as good a mechanical 'cocker as I've ever seen. I'm not crazy about the valve in it, but the rest of it is solid. The cup seal needs replacing anyhow, so I'm considering just changing out the entire valve.

Third place for semis might surprise some of you, but I have to go with the Tippmann A5. Honestly, for the price you can't match the reliability, ease of use and performance. I don't own one and probably never will, but I do enjoy everything about the design. What makes it a 'favorite' to me is that anyone in the world can just pick it up and have a great time with it.
            Before: "You're playing with WHAT?"
After: "Crap! It's that guy with the pump!"

              Dont Laugh

My primary is a E-mag but my back-up, and dont laugh, is a Tippman 68Carbine.
I love that old Tippy, no matter how bad I treat it, it always works!!
I installed a double trigger and I can get it goin pretty good.

One time I got real mad and through it across a gravel road remove the barrel and started beating the gun with the barrel, to this day I am still using the same SS Dye barrel and Tippy, those markers are real troopers.

My favorite marker is my Typhocker. It's a Palmerized Autococker. It's ugly as sin, but shoots like a dream.

I really like the 05 Hybrid Shockers (no the 06 though) Not to mention I've never met a mag i didn't like. And for pumps, nothing beats an acidwash phantom with clear parts.
