Ok got a conquest air system by macdev and wheni turn it on it wont stay on it flips off, umm does anyone know what is wrong? I assume something prolly needs to be lubed or something but it's really hard to turn on and then it just flips off by itslef like theres to much pressure on it or something..but liek i said im at the field and i need an answer fast i hope someone knows.......sorry i know this should be in the tech thread but theres a better chance of it being answered here fist.

Hmm, no clue. Try... taking apart the reg? I dont know, dont do anything stupid though.

yea we took apart the reg,and where looking at the eploded view of the 03 model and apperently the piston is different in the 02 model from the 03 and macdev has nothing on thier web site about the 02...Comment

im not calling u stupid or anything but r u sure its filled up i mean the guage could be shot, this happened to a kid at my old field and it jus need a fill. also it happened to some other kid and his whole regulator on his tank was shot....
has the tank been exposed to high or really cold temperatures? that could have caused a slow leak or busted the burst diskE2 VF-TACTICAL,shocktech pnues and beavertail,tactical kaner kit,shocktech supafly,shocktech mini drop and on/off ,all black :ninja: :ninja:Comment

I had the same problem a while back, you may have the pressure turned up too high. Turn down the output and it should stop. I think I have the 02 conquest manual around here electronically somewhere, if that is the model you have.I went like this :shooting:

we took it apart and lubed the piston and it worked fine, i guess it was just a little too dry thanks for the help though.Comment
