How many masks do you own?

I was digging through the paintball closet and realized that for all the years I have played the only thing I have never gotten rid of are masks. I have owned and sold countless numbers of markers, hoppers, packs, tanks, everything you need to play. I don't own a single piece of any of the first markers I had. But I still have the first mask I ever owned myself. And every mask save one I have ever owned since.

I currently have 4 Scott masks, a JT, and a Dye........

5 in all, JT whippersnapper, X-fire, Spectra prosheild, Proflex and the one that took over the X-fire platfrom. Only really use the proflex now.

Considering the fact that I've been playing for almost 7 years...I only own 2 masks...and have only owned 3 my entire paintball career...I got a scott "Big ***" (I believe thats actually what it was called) mask w/ my first gun in 98' Sold that with my pro-lite (biggest mistake ever) and bought a piranha and flex seven...(mask was more expensive than the gun) about 2000ish...Got my cocker soon after the piranha, and just recently picked up an invision...

So I currently own 2 masks...

I've got my original mask, a Raven something. Then I've got 2 Brass Eagle, a Profiler, a Skull goggle, and a JT Flex7. So I guess I've got 6. I also supply my friends when they play in my backyard too. Yeah I've really gotta ditch a few of them.

I have 3 but have only used one of them. The rest are for when my children's friends come play. It is good to have a couple extra.

ive got 3 "masks" 2 "things that actually protect your face" lol. right now i have a profiler, the only one i ever use, an invision, and a really really old beat up half disassembled JT mask. i got it from ebay with a spyder i bought as a loaner, and couldnt even give it away.

masks are something you generally just keep though. they arent like markers, they have horrible resale as soon as you use it. the lens gets scratched, paint gets on the mask/stuck in the mask, the thermal coating starts coming off and maybe the foam does too. ive had a few other masks, and just given them away to friends when i sold my markers, or they bought markers (when i got into paintball, i bought a spyder for me and a few cheap spyders from ebay for friends for loaners). my invision i had before my profiler, and it was nice but the lens took way too long to take out, and the thermal coating started chipping after a while. the JT ive never used.

I have three(had 4 but reently threw my first oen away ) I have an old style JT(needs new lense) Vforce(morph i think) w/ thermal lense, and a black profiler with a new lense on the way.

i have 3. My JT Nvader, which was my first mask. I use my profiler, but i have a dye invision as a back up cause i won it at a tournament.

just one. Got my brass eagle skull mask I think it's called with my poison, and sold it later when I got my morph. Been using the morph for the last 5 years
