x valve as pump valve?

i once heard that you could turn a x valve into the pump valve. but you had to do some things.

Can this be done, or is it not going to happen.

Oh, and how would i do it...

I have the pump kit already, but want to use my x valve since it is so much lighter

I did it. With level 10 to boot.

talk to geoff call he should be able to help you he has prolly the best valved pump in sc besides bambuski and the work together so talk to one of them

You really don't have to do anything. Just remember not to run it off CO2.

im sorry but yes you do the lvl10 has to be tuned right or it leaks after every shot and doesnt stop until its pumped agian i believe

That is nothing special though. No matter what you need to tune the level 10. Personally, I would scrap the level 10 and put a level 7 bolt on it to use it as a pump mag anyway.

when i put my x-valve on my pump mag it did not work too good. it would leak when i pumped it so i just changed it back to the old lvl7. if i would have put a really small carrier in i bet it would have worked
