    Hey all, new mag owner

Hey everyone! I'm not new to paintball, I've been playing off and on for the past 4 years, and have just recently decided to start playing serious. I've had a 98 Custom for about that long, and I loved the durability and consistency of it, these were some of the main reasons I decided on my new Automag RT Pro. Well, its new to me, but I bought it used. Anyway, I was looking for a gun that was well built, and a higher end marker that I could get for less than 400 dollars, and I think I picked an awesome marker. It already has the X-valve and level-10, plus the intelliframe, gas through grip, and what looks like a different body with vert. feed? I'm not sure if that body came on it or not, but heres a picture of my new baby:[IMG][/IMG]

Thanks for looking, I look forward to getting to know you guys, and learning more about 'mags.

Thanks for the welcome guys, I got the mag, a 45/3000 tank (which may be too small), and some other parts for $340, which I thought was a pretty good deal. I do not think it has the ULT, but I'm not sure. I seem to be having a problem with it right now, though. I went to chrono it today at a field, and it was insanely high. It was in the upper 300's with the velocity screw turned all the way up, and the lowest I could get it was 344 and then it would quit firing. I tried switching springs, adjusting the screw very slowly, I just couldn't get it below 300. I think my input pressure is too high or too low? The tank I was using was a 68/3000, and I'm not sure on the input for the reg. on it. How can I figure out the input pressure to my marker? I'm sorry if I'm asking this question in the wrong forum, I can make a different thread for it if necessary, I was just looking to see if someone had a quick answer. Thanks guys!

                  WELCOME!
for under $400 i do think the most high end mech you can get is a mag, and dont be discouraged if there are a few problems like shootdown, small leaks, ect, all are fixed within 5 minuites from a quick look into the bolt

IMO the RT looks better w/o the sight rail in back and also IMO the drop is more comfortable

geez seems theres new mag owners all over the place, isnt that great!
