go for the older one! its cheaper and likley to be same persormance, people have had amgs in closets for years, put oil in it, one person dropped it in a pool and they work like new, mags are built like tanks, plus the cheaper one has a double trigger, many people like that better

8-9 years? are you sure, i dont think they had micros then........ or did they.......
also $250 for a micro is a tad high, im selling mine cool camo anno single trigger lvl 10 for $185

you might find an emag for that much on ebay, it'd be better than a 4 yr old mech, however mech mags are just as fun as electro. plus you'd have money for upgrades

Check with the magsmith or Tunaman and see what you can get for under $450.00
I am sure you would find something that you like better.

Also check out the b/s/t section here on AO.

search the forums here, and offer that much on guns you like, if they take it, they take it. if the reject it, hey atleast you tried. you can get a real nice mag for the 3-450 range. shoot theres a dm4 right now for 450.....

Buying online is the chapest way to get nice paintball equipment. As mentioned before, you can buy a new man online with Xvalve, ULE body, and more for $450. Or you could buy used and get the same marker for around $350. If you want to get a mag that is better than your cousin, than some type of RT mag is the way to go.

PS: Are you in Parkersburg WV?

I agree with everyone else, for $450 you can get a nice new rt mag with xvalve, level 10 and ult. Go to themagsmith.com, go to markers and then AGD ULE pro, thats a nice deal. If you want to go used, search the b/s/t here, you can find some emags for $300-450

I wouldnt go down teh road your looking at at your local field. $250-$300 is way to steep for a mech mag in my opinion. for that much used you could get a great electro. maybe you just want a mag but i wouldnt spend that much.
rt ule custom, boomstick, ult,apoc2k and x board revi, i want:j&j ceramic.

You can buy yourself a custom built mag that you will enjoy much more than a micro from a decade ago with that money
