Yeah, mine will not fire for the first 10 secs of firing, and sometimes in play, it wont get a ball off untill i try to rip acouple off. it seams to of altered my lvl 10. it chops everything now. weird. well ive needed to install eyes so this gives me the excuse. also probs with my ule, it leaks allot now....
just wondering if any of you guys are getting this

it probably helps to add that i have put about 10000 to 15000 shots through it.

not sure if its your noid. What kind of set up do you have? WHat board? What is your input pressure? Have you checked the connections, especially by the switch?

It is possible that you have the dwell set too low. It should be in the 20-30 ms range. I have mine at 24 and it works fine.

Also, have you tried to put more shims in the ult? It also may not be returning the noid plunger fast or hard enough. Adding more shims makes it more reactive.

Yea make sure your ult is set up good and do you have a space between the solenoid plunger and the sear? Its best to leave a small space in there to give the plunger some time to accelerate before it comes in contact with a sear, but not too big or else most of the force will be wasted.

I have actualy found it best to have the solenoid plunger touching the sear...

Was your Level 10 new when you installed it? It could that its just borken in and needs to be readjusted. As for your ULT leaking, check your orings, oil it up. Since you have shot so many shots threw your spyder mag, I would say your solenoid problem is actually with your ULT leaking. Fix this and you could be good to go. Like big evil asked though, what kind of mag, valve, board, dwell are you running?

Oh yes I rember that one. I could of swore that was an RT/emag valve instead of a pewter xvalve.

As for retuning your level 10, have a look on the front page on this site.

Are you running the stock board or a tboard? The stock boards dwell is too low and it isn't adjustable.

im running a t-board. and i was messing with the dwell the other day, adn forgot that i was doing that so maybe it is that..

but the ult, i have as many shims in it, so that if i put one more, it wont let me slide it into the body

Oh well maybe the spyder solenoids are more powerful or something. Race frames need a small space to get speed up. It improves reliability and battery life
                  But whatever works I guess

I had a similar problem this weekend with my t-board. I turn it on, LED comes on, and I have to click somewhere between 5-25 times before the solenoid will activate one time even though the LED blinks. I took the ramping chip out and put the old chip in, worked great. I get out to the field this morning to try and chrono, I get it fire 3 times out of 100 or so trigger pulls. So I put my old stock board back in and bam, back to ripping for the rest of day, just no ramping now[which has been my only problem, getting ramping to work properly] I have around 9 cases through the stock board. dwell really is a pretty small issue IMO if your shooting in semi, since i like the way the stock board shoots, just the t-board is alot more responsive/quicker. I'm kinda getting tired of everyone wanting to touch/hold my mag lol. my t-board was fine when i got it, i'm not sure why it seems to be flaking out, I emailed damon today.

I got an ultra chip to try with my dragun mag, but when I went to test it out I had a simlar problem. I talked to damon and his sending me a new ultra chip with diffrent code to test. this is with the ultra chip though and not a ramping chip though, also mine never did work. I am sure damon can fix the problem though.

on a side note, I just shoot half a case threw mine yesterday with the stick tboard and the dwell at 20. I used a hallowed out, non electric revy on it and the eyes worked great. I had 2 barrel breaks but not a single chop.

Huh, maybe this is the problem I'm having too. PLease tell us what Damon says. This could be a problem caused by the Tboard.

He didnt say much about it really, just that it was a software glitch, I am pretty sure it is just in the ultra chip and not the tboard as the tboard is working great. What chip is everyone running that is giving them problems? Stock, Ramping, Multi mode, or ultra

As I said, I have the ultra chip.
