Now that I think about it, who else does NPS have? Infamous I think.

RL switched because what they were asking for was huge. PMI who is picking up RL is not supporting any smaller teams from what I hear, just RL this year. They will have one premier team and not a bunch of lower level teams. Look to see which PMI teams lose their sponsorship this year because of their signing RL...

The Naughty Dogs are still with NPS for everything except guns, barrels and air systems. They had an opportunity in that area with Smart Parts and took it. Good luck to them. I believe their signature series gun will be available through NPS.

NPS/Empire Still has, the Assassins, Infamous, Naughty Dogs (for everything other than what they get from SP), Storm and X-factor.

XSV has never been an Empire team.

As for your other points, I fail to see how changes in sponsorship of teams can be linked to QC . Totally different areas, and anyway when the market gets harder the one thing you should try to improve is QC, because you can't afford warranty costs. But then we are always trying to improve quality.

NPS/Empire has LOTS of exciting and innovative products coming this year...

Straight from the horses mouth, cool. My QC comment was a "whats next to go, QC?", not tieing them together, sorry for confusion. RL went to SP as well, not PMI. They'll be using the new micro MaxFlo, unless they hopped again.

RL went to PMI. Just like the Naughty Dogs are still with NPS/Empire. By far the biggest part of any sponsorship is the CASH, and paint, not the guns, barrels and tank systems. That's small stuff in comparison.

RL and ND will be shooting SP guns, barrels and tanks, but the Dogs will be Head to Toe Empire/Vents and shooting our paint, and RL will be head to toe PMI and shooting PMI paint.

I really think SP has more money to throw around than NPS for stuff like that. From what I've heard (and I'll take it with a grain of salt), NPS/Empire has had a really hard year after their huge success earlier. The market is fickle. Meanwhile, SP lowered Shockers to $650, introduced the Ion, etc.... they throw out HUGE sponsorship packages that big teams can't resist.

Ah. I knew that, well about the Dogs, from chatting to Rocky(well, posting on SO.) but did not know about RL, thanks Simon.:)

I had no idea that RL is with PMI now. Are they with the Evil division?
