    thread meat

I have this gun, a taso spartan i believe.

What is the threading on the bottom barrel? autococker threading is the top barrel, for comparison.

do you think there is enough meat on the female counterpart to re-thread it to autococker threading?

I had a camo Spartan. I think it had its own unique thread pattern.

do you think there is enough metal there to rethread it?

I'd try the guys on www.mcarterbrown.com . They should be able to tell you just about anything you would need to know about the marker.

They were either unique, or POSSIBLY F1 illustrator barrels. I have a bunch of old Taso books around somewhere I will see if I can dig them up and look.

If there isnt enough "thread meat" perhaps someone could create a adapter for you.
