    half valved mag

ok so i remember seeing a nice mag, but the valve had the back part missing and it was running on a vert reg. annyone know how this can be done or links to pictures of it? i cant find annything on it at all.

this would be a cool new project...

Its not that hard, you can gut the reg and run it off a vert reg without any major modification.. but there really arent any advantages.
And of corse if you gut the reg you dont need it anymore and you can just plug up the back half of the valve instead of having the reg there.. Im pretty sure I remember the mag you were talking about.

Edit: it was nicads, what a surpise

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

He also made a plug as described above IIRC...

Oh and it would have to be classic valve style because due to the rt design gutting the reg would remove all of the reactive trigger effect and high recharge.. which kinda sucks but theres no way to get around it.
