I like the second picture. Do you think you could turn up the velocity a little more?

Ok you have confused me now, that is the locking ring made by MPM (english company) who copied the originals that were made by a teammate of mine when I was in the Vulcans, we sold the locking rings to MPM, Mayhem and anyone who wanted one....less than 6 months later the MPM version appeared and then they turned up all over....Planet Paintball and Smart Parts being a major sellers of them The idea was never to stop the velocity being turned up but if you didn't use one the velocity wouldn't stay as set, it would drop, the sideways benifit was that you couldn't change the velocity. So the idea caught on.

This is the original design made from Brass not ally and the grub screws were a different size to the adjusting wrench size simply because the guy who made them had a bunch of the grub screws already, so we all had to use two wrenches taped together.

              Original Anti-Tamper Ring

It hasn't been gassed up in about 8 years so it isn't dead.......just resting

OK. I didn't realize it was a locking ring. From the picture, it looked like one of those aftermarket TASO thumb adjustable velocity nuts cranked all the way up.

I wondered how long it would take before someone realised what the body was...don't see many of those over in the states.
It has a Quantum Products Power tip and a FFV installed, Level 7 Bolt, Toxic Toys spacer rings though I have a bunch of spares different bolts etc lying around as well. The bag the Mag was in has a bunch of barrels in it, a Brass J&J Straight rifled and a DAC tulip and some Chromed Tulip barrels too.
