I do not believe so. I think the IntelliFrame is a tad wide (front to back) for them to fit correctly if I remember right. I was also going to make wooden wraps for the IntelliFrame but decided not to for the same reason.

But like I said, I don't remember exactly. There was either a "fit" issue, or the way they fit didn't look/feel right but could be put on. Either way, to me it was not worth it.... and I don't recall ever seeing an IntelliFrame with front wrap wood grips.

Yes, the intelli is a standard 45 frame. They should work. Funny, I saw those on Ebay yesterday and considered getting them. If anything, I will get the black ones. Good luck!
