    BOA Snakebite barrel...a question.

    I found a .688 bore BOA Snakebite barrel for my 'Mag that I may buy. Will it accept plastic nubbins or just wire? Anyone know?

    The seller isn't sure and I am waiting for another reply.

      BOA Barrel

      Good day! I have had a BOA Snakebite for about 8 years and I have placed the plastic nubbin on my barrel. It works great! You will not be disappointed in this barrel. It is my most accurate of all the barrels I have to include my barrel kit for my X-Mag. Get the BOA, put in a plastic nubbin and enjoy accuracy that will astound.           Plastic nubbins will work. Boa barrels were very good barrels. Kind of rare to see anymore. Good luck on getting one. I think you will be happy.

              Those BOA's were indeed nice.
              I've got one sitting around somewhere. I should break it out for a day or two or play.
