Vids not working

I just got a mag and i went to the lvl 10 section on here and went to watch the videos but none of them work. It says like access code denied. I would really like to watch them. This may be the site administrator's job but i thought i'd let the site know.

Well i got the vids to work but they were on my lvl 10 disk i just never looked on the disk
