My recommendation for under $400 would be a used DM3. I just got mine and I glad I bought that instead of upgrading my mag.

For under $500 then I would say DM4/Proto but if you can get a vike for around that I would jump.

I traded a mag for a upped ion and like it. Lighter than the mag, faster then I am, no kick, and just having a little fun with it. Of course, when things get serious I get out my RT. If you want the electro experience cheap just to see you can get upped Ion's for $250 and sell them for that if you don't like it.

If you want to stick with your mag, id say go with a spydermag, dragun frames are real cheap (from me! ) and luke does a incredible job of modifying them.

If you are wanting somthing else though, look into the Freestyles. I just picked up a real nice 04 freestyle for dirt cheap. I know there is very nice, practicly new 05 freestyle for sale in the classifieds here for only $400, thats a steal on that marker! I am in love with my freestyle.

Check out the Promaster... That gun is going to become better and better once some of the new upgrades and accessories come out. Its small, light, and fast. Not to mention cheap BRAND NEW...

I've had a hyperframe (13bps)on my mag before, and it was nice, but wasn't too impressed with it. I'm looking at emag lowers now and the vikings as well. Thanks for your help guys, and keep the advice coming and any possible sales?
