Link to working Pneumag guide?

I did a search on how to do a Pneumag upgrade, but I am not finding crap. I found what were said to be great guides (such as those listed by phishphen), but none of the links worked, and I am getting annoyed. I am sorry if I didn't look in the right spot, but could someone give me a link?

P.S. I searched google too, and all I found was French magazine about Pneumatic boats...
