Step 1 milling-
Make it "normal" cocker size.
Mini-cocker it.

Step 2-
Send it out to get re-threaded for mini-cocker
Have feedneck threads drilled

Step 3-
Half block it
Mill some desgin pattern into it

Step 4
Anno


Anyone have any other ideas? Any milling ideas?

Toss it and buy a merlin extrusion from airsoldier.com Then Featherlight it and half block it. Should be set... and broke as a joke.

Leave it as it is, but just mill the words "BANG!" into it the same size as the side of the body

where did you get that block from? does it come ready bored for the internals (like AGD's slug body) ? or did you do it yourself?

i'm doing a similar project but i'm starting from a regular body and the only tools i have to use is a hacksaw, a dremel and some iron files

I got it off e-bay. It came with bored with eveything except a feedneck and dent.

I basically have the same tools to work with.
