    Wrong gun

To make a long story short my friend (not really my friend jsut goes pbing with us) has gone thru around five guns in the past season. They all range from a cocker to some walmart tippmann clone. So he finally got his dad (its sad yes I know) to buy him a '05 rasta fly. I think he bought it off of pbgear.com but I didn't see it there. When he finally got it he realized that it is an '06 not an '05. I told him to return it, not knowing if he could get in any trouble, but he decided to keep it. My question is can he get into any trouble the retailer or the law??

If that is what they sent it I don't see a problem with it. If it was something totally different like you ordered a Spyder and got got an 06 Speed then I would call.

If for some reason they (pbgear) contacts you about it, say you didn't notice and don't know enough about Angels to know the difference. If they ask you to send it back, tell them it has already been used expensivly and has wear on it.

y would you think you can get in trouble for their mistake. thats like a restraunt giving you someone elses order and then saying you are in trouble for eating it. but in a larger scale

Lol, if he ordered a DVD, a squeegee, and a nice new barrel bag, and recieved an 06 Fly, it might seem ethical to call and tell them, but at the same time you wouldnt ever get in trouble for keeping it...!

it doesnt sound like he's complaining. it sounds to me like he still has honesty and the desire to get only what he has paid for. many people are far lacking in those these days. good for him. if he did call they would probably just tell him to keep it as it was their mistake.

My guess is that they were out of 05 rastas, and just sent an 06...
