Bottle brand doesn't matter, the dot-e number does. Since your's is 10945......Your tank is a 5 year tank. Also, I believe if it has been tested (or made) before 2001 it assumes a 5 year tank without a retest to make it so.

I also believe you are correct.
All of are fire department bottles have a 5 year now
