reverse x-valve

whats a reverse x-valve? i thought it was just a different color (the one on the agd site looks silver) but after reading "If you have a Hopper Left Minimag with the original short (4") hose, you will need a reverse X-Valve." off the agd site im not sure.

The air input on a regular valve is on the right. On a reverse valve, it's on the left.

so the reverse will work w/any mag not just the left minimag, correct. is it black, bacause i just dont know how the one on the airgun site is black, looks silver to me. if its not is there a silver x-valve someone sells some where?

no, regular macroline will work fine.


it's just the stock airline is too short to go around the powerfeed to the Vertical ASA on a powerfeed hopper left minimag with a normal valve, so thats why they "reversed" the valve.

AGD used to offer pewter Xvalves, but not a reverse one. They droped pewter awhile ago.

Did they make a reverse Tac-One body? Otherwise you can't use a reverse valve on it.

Edit: Also Can't use them on Euro XMag bodies. I don't think they made those in reverse either.

Yeah I am left handed and I can't understand why the right handed people like the hoses hanging out on the left or at least why this is the default. They can get caught on branches, bunkers, etc.

I perfer it on the outside of me, just in case of a line burst. And all this time never had a problem with it getting caught on anything.
