Stupid Devilmag Question

If I were to buy a Hyperframe and install a pred II board in it and then installed the eyes, could it be called a Devilmag. Or would I just have to call it a Pred'ed Hyperframed mag? It's for personal use so I'm not trying to infringe any copyrights here. I'm planning my summer project and was wrestling with this idea of what it would be called. I may just end up using one of Luke's spyderframes with a t-board instead though, which would clearly not be clasified as a DM but still perform in the same ballpark.

My options...
Devilframe = $550 + many months
Pred II + Hyperframe = $300
T-board + Luke frame = $160

Also, do the Pred II boards use the laser eyes or just regular breakbeam. Does the t-board?

Technically it wouldn't be a Devilmag because Chris/GADevil didn't make it. He does other things like the microswitch that make it a Dmag.

Anything that can use break beam eyes can use "laser" eyes. There really is no difference except the laser eyes beam is visible to the naked eye.
