I'm very good with answering emails, unless my spam killer gets them first.

Just make sure you don't put a single word like "Status" or "Hello" or something like that in the subject line, as many internet worms use those same subjects, so the spam killer detains them.

I try to screen the junk folder, but finding one good email in with 500 junk mails is a losing proposition at best.

Ah thanks. I have sent many emails to this adress however. I will send an email but just in case it is over two fireblade triggers I ordered back in Jan not showing up yet. I am very understanding but I started getting ansy when I never got a reply. (I imagine you guys probably have had a ton of emails from the anodizing fiasco)

Ah, well, I'm going to try like hell to get all the back FireBlade orders shipped this weekend.

I just had one hell of a stack of orders waiting on ano, so it's been a madhouse trying to get everything shipped since the stuff came back.

Sorry that I keep missing your emails. I get something like 600+ a day, a good portion of which are spam, so every once in a while some good stuff gets nuked too.
