    Problems with X-Valve... Please Help

Please help me. I have an Automag with an X-Valve that is shooting extremely inconsistantly. I'm talking like 320, 260, 282, 330, ect. The gun is also leaking air out the back of the regulator. Also, when I disconnect the air, the gun is still pressurized for a second or two before it finally spits it out, as if air is momentarily trapped inside the gun somehow. I've given it plenty of oil and I replaced both the regulator seat and the on/off o-ring, but nothing seems to work. What else can I do?

Not the corect forum to post in bud, but since you asked. Blowing air out the back normally is a reg piston assy.

      is it new?

either you need a new reg piston assembly as said above, or you need to take it out, clean it and re oil it, as well as the enitre valve probly(oiled)

also leakaing out the back is a sighn of velocity being too high, try tuning it down a 1/4 of a turn or so and recheck it

have you changed anything on the setup recently?
