I just got the hopper because I got on ebay over sold stock smoke halo shells, and upgraded me to the hybrid ones for free. I really wish he would have had those halo ones in, because this is just a PITA!

i think what sol tank meant was that they were comparing them to suicide doors in that they open up differently that normal. so in theory, they are called "suicide" because of the way they open up, and not just because "it sounds cool".

          CK on the other hand.....

oh and also, CK is just pure bling whereas suicide shells actually do have a functional purpose.

i would get myself a set of these shells if they had a wider range of colors :P

You can get them in white and dye them...if you'd like.
My AIM Intimidator is better than your Automag. Get over it.

I have one. It was a little pricey, $44.99, but it works great. I've never noticed how dirty my Halo gets inside.

But what I do I do because I like to do.

If you over-tighten your feedneck a halo shell cracks pretty quickly from the upper sides down to the feedneck. Possibly with the different constuction that is not as strong it may of done the same only in more places?

I've cracked halo shells because of this in the past, just takes one or two to learn. It can be a pricey lesson at times >.<

I dont have a clamping feedneck on my xmag. Also the stock halo i have didn't crack. From this I think that the hybrid one was faulty.

k cool, just making sure. I hated going through that with a couple shells before realizing it was me, just wanted to make sure you weren't doing the same

I got mine today and it is nice. It weighs a little more and the nuts are not lodged into the plastic so it is a little more of a pain to put together. Here is hybrids website, http://hybridpaintball.hybridworld.us/

They also improved the spring so it opens the lid all the way and holds it there. Also they removed the fin on the inside of the battery door which helps if you are using the bone or another battery pack. Have a great night and God Bless.

oh, you can't pay attention to the names of the products as I believe (as posted above) they are geared toward the younger ballers. Just my unqualified opinion.
