    Anyone Still Have an AT-85?

Now I know someone on here still has one of these, the feed system is very interesting, Im sure it didnt take off for a few obvious reasons (read flashy milling and pretty colors!) But does anyone still own or use these, hell is the company still around? The clip system seems so much more ingenious than a hopper, why hasnt it taken off aside from reasons stated above, has noone in the industry though of using this? I dunno, but for some newer kids heres a pic.

*On a second note, Id say it prolly didnt take off because of the 25 round limit on clips.

    Hey:

I've got one. They are VERY cool. Actually I'm about to sell one of mine too-but I have to say mechanical full auto and semi-auto is very nice. PERFECT scenario guns.

I have two actually, an AT-85 and an AT-10. The guns still have a good following in the woods/scenario market. You can get a hopper adapter clip, kinda defeats the purpose but hey, to allow you to feed it just like any other marker. Overall a very cool gun that you can pick up cheap if you know where to look.

I'm not sure what current price is, these just popped into my head tonight for some reason, if someone could redisign the clip system to hold more rounds (assuming its not patented) it would work great for tournament ball...hell paintball in general, screw hoppers, clips is the way to go...I seem to come and go within the sport, never actually palying much lol, but I love this sport, I came into some financial trouble within the passed few years but Im trying to get myself on my feet...(Also, if anyone has a cheap classic mag, as long as its working, the condition of the body doesnt matter, and theyd hook a fellow mag lover up Id be forever greatful, just hit me up in a pm!)

you can still buy one new from their site.

but everybody know that it's cheaper if you can find it used.

I have the first edition... TSI-1 main difference is I can run it on strait CO2 and it bugs out when I put nitro on it..

The 25 round cap clip isnt to bad.. the front " grip " holds another 60 or so balls. My favorite way to run the gun is with an anti syphon 7 oz tank on the back... That will get me one clip and two foward " hoppers " at 290 FPS with no drop off

                    Damn patents.

The reason no one has made another clip fed is because get real holds quite a few patents on the feed design, as soon as it expires im betting Spec ops and Ops gear JUMP on it.

I personally have tried with my team to build a drum magazine and we are still working on it...they have an animation on there site about how it works but its still kinda simplified.

+ unless everyone in the rec-ball/scenario field went to these, you would almost always be outgunned. Besides the cool way it loads, its pretty mediocre as ive seen otherwise, and when you have ppl carrying a case and a half of paint on them, your outgunned pretty quick

Since the company is based in Minneapolis, I play with the guys who work there a lot.

There are two of them on eBay currently.
