Hey Gord, it looks like you have one of the first sets off Emag panels I did. (Sharp edges and black anno)

I didn't sell many of those, I ended up stripping the anno, smoothing out the edges and switched to powder coating. I was real put out with the anno guy. The newer ones are much nicer on the hands. Those Emag panels were the first product I made.

The molds for the Emag panels were some of my very first pieces I ever machined, I had only been machining about a month when I did those.

BTW, I just switched them out for the newer gloss black ones. But the annoed ones are very nice also.

You are FAR to picky. The anno was very good, just flat black. And the sharp edges are fine if you wear gloves. The new ones, are, um, well, there just shiny.

Those annoed panels would look great on a dust tac one. I guess we now know why you powder coat instead of having the annoed.
