Then maybe take the board out of a empire b, hook up the apache motor and run it on sound/vibrations? I dont see why it wouldnt work as long as the motor could take the voltage it dished out. Then you have the best of both worlds, no? No eyes to clean, no bend sensors skipping shots...

I love rico's! Halo's second . The egg looks like a pie plate straigh on & pulls to many hits for my liking. The new Vlocity is rock solid but eats batteries like nothing I have ever seen before. The guys on my team have to replace the batteries about every case & a half.

Thanks for all of the replies! It sounds like I made a good choice really. I've got an X-Valved ULT MiniMag and soon to have a Tuna E-Mag. I'm looking forward to ripping with both of them!
As long as the hopper can do 15bps, then I'm happy.

just a little extra information incase you did not know, the 2005 model apachies come with a faster motor, if you find a deal on a 2004 model you can buy the motor from them for 10$. Thats what I did and there was definitely an increase in bps.

I knew about the '05 model motors. I just ordered it from xtremepaintball.com, so I'm sure it's an '05. I guess I can always look at the part number on the motor and call Ricochet to see what model it is.
