hopper choice

hey, my friend is interested in getting a new hopper for his b2k4 w/ pds. he is currently using a newer version eggy with modded paddles, but its just not fast enough (getting ball in the breech, not keeping up). so basickly were torn between an apache or just keeping the egg. my question is, will the apache offer more than an egg, is it force fed?, is it faster, smaller, lighter

whats better, and btw he cant offord a halo or else we'd jus get that

Stick with the eggy. You won't see any increased performance with the apache.

A zboarded eggy and the apachie are pretty much the same so he probably wont notice any performance difference. The apachie is not force fed but does have a MUCH MUCH better build structure than the egg. If hes lookin for speed (which obviously is the case) tell him to save for a halo or reloader b.

Halos with rip are about $100 right now, save and halo yourself. Although i do love my apache. but a zboard and an apache are pretty much the same speed as stated before.

i used to use my Z-Boarded Egg on my B2K4 and it was keeping up without any Trouble...

If I saw him outshoot a Z-Boarded egg on that, I would get a ref to check him out.

Yeah, make sure it is a Z-board Eggy and then when he is playing, make sure it is on. He might also shoot the thing at an extreme angle and in that case he would need a Q-loader, which you can basically shoot upside down, but that costs you a lot of green.

no, hes definitly not outshooting anything, he just wants something will put a ball in the chamber more consistantly. i have a empire relaoder, and it works great on his, but he cant spend that much soo yaa, i jus tell him to stick with his egg thanks

Yeah, the Halo would be the faster choice, and for $100, its not so bad. But I went with the Reloader B on my Emag because its quite a bit faster than the Halo B and I didn't want to mess with pesky eyes that could potentially get dirty. As far as your friend goes, the Egg might be his best bet since he's probably not going to out shoot it.
