Its when you have an electric trigger, but instead of the electric solenoid firing the gun, you have an electric solenoid valve that powers a mechanical thing, usually a ram.

For example, a spyder e-grip is an all electric grip frame that uses an electric solenoid plunger to trip the sear which releases a spring powered hammer that hits the valve stem.

On say an intimidator, the solenoid valve powers a ram that hits the valve stem. Kind of like if you were to take the front block of an eblade cocker and stick the end of the ram into the back of a spyder.

Not a very good explaination, I know.

A mag electro pneumatic frame is when you have a solenoid valve hooked up to a ram that pushes the sear back.

theoreticly better max rof than e-mag with 3.2 ware

no need for large abtter pack in the front

im sure theyr are more advantages but thats all i can think of off the top of my head

Well it depends. Electro pneumatic frames have much longer battery life but you have to deal with pneumatics and the extra complications that come with them. Plus they also might make your marker SLIGHTLY less gas efficient.

With a straight up electronic frame, you get less battery life but it's a simpler design. Hyperframes, BooYah frames, SpyderMag, and DevilMag frames are all designed like this and they work great when setup properly. You dont have to set up a lpr or ram or anything which lessens the chance for potential air leaks.

Also electro pneumatic frames are usually more expensive.
