Sure, anyone would love to use some Deadlywind or custom anno'd or Tuna-tuned mag with all kinds of aftermarket parts. But it takes real guts to walk onto the field with something that looks like it fell out of the car when you shift from D6 to reverse on the highway, and then proceed to blow everyone away with it

So, this thread is for you. The few, the proud, the owners of hideous mags. Show us what you got!

If someone wants to be the judge of this, feel free. I'm afraid I don't have any prizes to give...

I'm afraid I can't give stuff away like RR can, but I might be able to scrounge up some small stuff. If you read the last page of the April MOTM thread, you'll see why I started this

I already read it, and Im sad that I dont have my old classic mag anymore, I lost a fieldstrip screw so I used ductape, lots of duct tape

there already was one of these a while ago, and i distinctly recall a classic mag with ductaped cardboard grips on a damaged 1X stock frame, with a scraped up body and 2-liter loader.

Its funny that you start this thread. A few months ago I was on that in between time waiting for a new marker while the old one was in the mail. I have an old Eclipse bodied classic with the sawed off composite frame, PF body, just as oldschool as it can be. Not that its really ugly, but what you said about having the guts to come on the field with it.

One of the guys was just giving me complete hell about it being an antique, gonna shoot dust not paint, etc. I bunkered him twice that day with it. I will never sell that one mag. Could barely give it away anyway....

All the backups are completely built from a box of spare parts (Espyders and such) and they are hideous...
