Dust Anno Question

I have a question about dust anno. Is dust anno stronger then the regular gloss anno? What are the other advatages/disadvantages?

There is no difference in the anno, it's only that the item is sand/bead blasted prior to anno instead of polished.

Of course, scratches do tend to show up more on polished shiny surfaces than in matte or dull but that has little to do with the anno.
