Icd Fs8

I am thinking about upgrading from my amazing Nasty Impulse to a new ICD FS8, I pretty much have my mind set but would like to hear a few opinions

Probably a good move. You might also want to look into a used Borg for that price range. It would be a little more similar to the Imp in shape and feel. Performance-wise though... HAHA. I'm of course talking about a used 05 borg. The 06's are like $975. You can get used 05's for like $400-700 depending on how they're set up.

Have you shot an FS-8 yet? Most ICD users seem to love their guns but they have had problems with the regs in the past...check out pbreview.com and hang around the forums to see what other owners are saying.

I absolutely hate icd's quality. My fs has had many problems, I loved it when it shot. maybe the fs8 will have all the kinks worked out.

If you buying an FS8, plan on upgrading the HPR and LPR. Once you do that most of the problems people have are with the regs. I would suggest an Sidewinder and STD LPR, but there are other options.

the fs8 is the SMOOTHEST marker i have ever shot. 2nd would be travis' fs7 when it first came out(www.shootpaint.com)

I loved my old freestyle, it shot great. Like what was said above, most peoples only problems with freestyles is the regulators. They either cant ballance them or are having problems becuse they arent broke in yet/crappy regs... I got mine used so I never had any problems out of my regulators.
